We deliver to Ireland, UK, Europe, U.S.A, Australia, worldwide! If your country is not listed, and is within Europe, please select 'Rest of Europe' and clearly state your country in your address. We dispatch in-stock items within 2 days of receipt of the order and the package is delivered in tamper-proof, non see-through packaging with no reference to contents.  We reserve the right not to accept an order.

Outside Europe:
EUR15 delivery charge for all orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Elora Maternity but the following procedure is in place if you wish to return any item. We will be happy to exchange or refund goods, providing the goods are returned within 14 days of our dispatch date and are returned in perfect condition, unworn, not washed or altered, tagged and in their original packaging. Free delivery is offered on the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at the standard delivery rate.  Where a refund is given, you will only need to pay for the postage. If you received free delivery and the item is returned to us, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend that all the items are sent back via recorded delivery as we can not accept responsibilty for goods that are lost in the post. The cost of sending an unwanted item back to us is your responsibility. If you exchange goods with Elora Maternity and wish to do a further exchange of these goods or receive a refund, you must return the already exchanged goods to Elora Maternity within 7 days of date of dispatch.

For hygiene purposes, we can not accept returns of underwear, spanx, swimwear or hosiery. We do not accept returns of books either.
